We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) to operate our Citation Mustang under Part 135 charter operations.
As a PIC, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient flight operations while adhering to FAA regulations, company procedures, and the ARGUS Gold standards for flight operations. The ideal candidate will meet or exceed the qualifications outlined by ARGUS Gold for the Citation Mustang, and possess a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of aviation safety.Primary Job Duties
To be considered for a pilot position, you must:
Be at least 23 years of age
Hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings
English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE) on Airman Certificate
Hold a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
Be a U.S. citizen or able to show proof of right to work in the U.S.
Hold FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit.
Have a current Passport --or other travel documents enabling the bearer to freely exit and re-enter the U.S. (multiple reentry status) and be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (possess proper working documents).
Must be available to work on any day, seven days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Minimum Requirements
Responsibilities:
Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for Part 135 charter flights in a Citation Mustang.
Ensure flight operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
Conduct pre-flight inspections, prepare flight plans, and ensure the aircraft is airworthy.
Perform crew resource management and make real-time decisions in flight, ensuring safety of passengers and crew.
Maintain accurate records of flight logs, maintenance reports, and other required documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service, including ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction during flight.
Stay current on regulations, flight techniques, and aircraft performance standards.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Physical and Other Requirements
Must have a First Class Medical
Must be willing to fly assigned schedule based on pilot bidding seniority; including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Stock aircraft, assist in loading passenger bags, prepare aircraft for next departure
3000 Hours of total flight time(fixed wing)
1500 hours of total PIC time
1000 hours of turbine time
250 hours of turbine PIC time (in type preferred)
ATP Rating
Type Rating preferred(or similar)
No accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions
Previous 135 experience preferred
Monthly Pay 14 day minimum guarantee
$50 per day per diem
