Job Summary/Objective
Cabin Service Representatives carry out the inflight service onboard Planet 9 managed aircraft.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Menu planning and sourcing of catering from restaurants, caterers and retailers
Purchasing and stocking of aircraft supplies and passenger requested items
Performs pre-flight and post-flight checks of cabin and galley equipment
Reports any cabin and galley equipment issues to PIC's for maintenance servicing
Ensures the aircraft is clean and in immaculate condition
Ensuring the company’s procedures for safety, security and service standards are met
Complies with safe food handling procedures at all times
Provides fine-dining onboard service, meeting each client’s preferences, with the intention of surpassing expectations
Arranges cleaning services for cabin linens and dish-ware
Organizes the storage and tracking of all service items left with FBO’s
Completing and submitting of flight reports
Actively participates in the safety management system
Performs reconciliation of company credit card transactions and ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies
Reads and acknowledges all company communications in a timely manner
Adhere to Planet 9’s operational policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards by completing required training and maintaining compliance across all assigned duties
Adapt to evolving priorities by performing additional tasks or projects as needed to support team and organizational goals
Skills and Qualifications
First Aid Training Certification
3- 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant
Previous flight attendant specific safety training from FlightSafety, FACTs or similar is preferred. Annual recurrent training is required
Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
Must have a high level of attention to detail
Must be technologically savvy
Flexibility and patience a must
Culinary Skills and Culinary specific training preferred
Able to manage a constantly changing schedule and late night flights
Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide (consider health and visa status)
Operation of all features of the Cabin Management Systems
Operation of all galley equipment
Operation of all cabin features, to include berthing seats and configuring the divan into a bed.
Education and Experience Requirements
College degree preferred
All applicants must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
2-3+ years of directly applicable experience as a Cabin Attendant
Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet experience
Covid-19 vaccination required
Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License, restricted licenses are not valid for employment at Planet Nine Private Air
Valid passport
Emergency training certificate
CPR/ First Aid
Physical Requirements (if applicable)
Seeing: Vision is required to be correctable to 20/20 or better with glasses or contact lenses (uncorrected no worse than 20/20). Must be able to read reports, charts, manage post-flight paperwork, and to use a computer, smartphone and/or iPad device.
Hearing/Speaking: Must be able to speak clearly. Must be able to hear well enough to communicate over the phone in and person with clients and co-workers/pilots when the aircraft is in flight
Standing/Walking: Must be physically capable and strong enough to walk and stand without assistance. Must be able to stand for up to 14 hours with limited ability to sit and be able to work long hours in various climates
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling/Bending: Must be able to kneel in luggage compartment, load trip, AC supplies and luggage, as well as maneuver in tight confinements within the aircraft
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling/Strength: Must be able to push open/pull closed the main cabin door, which weighs up to 130 pounds, must also be able to write, type, use a computer and a phone as well as prepare/cook and serve guest food and beverages
Must be able to lift supplies weighing approximately 25 to 30 pounds, from floor level to waist high repeatedly
