[Company] is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Flight Operations to lead and oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of our aviation operations. This leadership position is responsible for establishing operational standards, managing flight teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across all flight activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership and direction for all aspects of flight operations.

• Ensure full compliance with applicable aviation authorities.

• Oversee pilot performance, training, rostering, and competency standards.

• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Safety, Crew Resources, Dispatch/Flight Support, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Holds an ATPL with proven PIC experience on the operated aircraft type (or similar) and previous flight operations management roles.

• Has a minimum of three years’ supervisory or managerial experience with direct operational control responsibilities.

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of regulations governing flight operations, ground operations, and safety management systems.
