Job Description
Previous experience managing a team of pilots, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Military Experience a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Oversee the scheduling and operation of the Challenger 300 to ensure timely and efficient flights.
Conduct safety briefings and ensure that all flight operations meet safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety audits and emergency procedures drills.
Maintain and monitor flight records and logs for compliance.
Train and evaluate pilots on the Challenger 300 to ensure they meet competency standards.
Stay updated with new aviation technologies, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that the aircraft is in optimal condition and ready for flight.
Monitor aircraft maintenance schedules
Looking for Pilot with 2,000 plus hours in the CL-300, willing to commit to 3 plus years to the job.
