Key Responsibilities:

• Foster constructive and professional cooperation with the Cockpit Crew, Management, and other internal and external partners

• Ensure smooth flight operations while adhering to all safety and service procedures

• Organise and proactively plan onboard workflows, ensuring the effective deployment of crew members according to their qualifications and experience

• Actively implement company objectives to ensure a first-class, friendly, and customer-oriented service experience on board

• Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting, to maintain and continuously improve our quality standards.

Your profile:

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member / Purser.

• Fluent in German and English; Albanian and additional languages are an advantage.

• Completed school or vocational education.

• Minimum height: 158 cm (maximum 190 cm).

• Good health (medical check prior to employment).

• Excellent leadership skills.

• Friendly and charming communication style.

• Outgoing and charming personality.

• Well-groomed appearance and impeccable manners.

• Good swimming skills.

• Valid unrestricted Swiss or EU/EFTA passport.

• Training course starting in mid/late February 2027.
