About the Role

An ultra-high net worth individual is seeking a Senior Cabin Crew Member to join a private aviation team operating a private fleet of aircrafts conducting worldwide business travels. The role involves private operations. You will be the most senior in a 3-crew setup, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cabin service across both aircraft types

• Liaise with the client's private butler for catering and onboard experience

• Ensure seamless and personalized service delivery

• Represent the client's brand and values with professionalism and warmth

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3-5 years as Senior Cabin Crew or Purser in private or premium commercial aviation

• Location: Must be based in Europe or already in Dubai

• Language: Arabic-speaking preferred

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: $5,500 - $7,000

• Per Diem: $120/day when away from base
