Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights.

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers throughout the flight.

• Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and check emergency equipment on board.

• Assist passengers with their needs, including meal service, baggage assistance, and special requests.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the flight.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of passengers and their information.

• Comply with all airline regulations and procedures, as well as health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language is essential.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or service industry preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations calmly.

• Proficient in customer service practices and strategies.

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role or airline industry is a plus.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
