🛠️ What You’ll Do:
Audit post-flight paperwork for accuracy and compliance with company procedures and ensure it is submitted to the correct department.
Pair invoices with internal trip numbers for accurate billing in coordination with flight coordination center and accounting for charter and owner clients.
Coordinate hotel and vehicle bookings for flight crew and passengers.
Complete reports as directed and perform data entry, including:
Airport slot information.
Passport entry.
Up-to-date fuel pricing seven (7) days out at vendor locations.
Assist flight coordination center with future trip planning and operational preparation.
Assist with all other tasks as needed by the Operations Manager.
🎯 What You Bring:
Enrolled in an accredited post-secondary course, aviation programs will be considered an asset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to retain and process large amounts of information
Demonstrated commitment to completion of tasks on a timely basis
Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level or higher
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure
