Corning Incorporated is currently hiring a first officer. Corning is one of the world’s leading innovators in material science. We operate a fleet of Falcon 900EX EASY and Challenger 850 aircraft.
Work with other flight crew members to ensure the safe operation of Corning aircraft during day-to-day operations.
Maintain a high degree of proficiency and thorough knowledge of the procedures and systems in the aircraft along with all aviation advancements and training requirements for an IS-BAO approved operation.
Determine that the aircraft is airworthy in accordance with FARs and Corning’s policies and procedures by completing the appropriate preflight inspections.
Become familiar with existing and forecast weather prior to each flight.
Assist with the handling of aircraft, passengers, and baggage at terminal points, lifting required.
Interface with passengers and company personnel in a professional and courteous manner
Additional duties assigned by the Director of Operations or the Chief Pilot
1500 hours and Commercial with instrument and multiengine ratings
Current FAA First class medical
Valid US passport
Two-year college degree or equivalent job experience
Clean FAA/DOT/DOJ records
2500 hours and ATP
500 hours turbojet experience
Experience in multi-pilot crew aircraft while utilizing CRM.
CL-65 type rating or DA-EASY type rating.

The range for this position is $152,414.00 - $209,570.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
