The Crew Chief:
Directs all activities at the aircraft and performs the coordination of multidisciplinary teams and suppliers with goal to ensure that the aircraft is on schedule, problems are resolved in a timely manner and all activities ( basic and completion ) are sequenced the most efficiently. The goal is to ensure that the progression is in the smoothest, most judicious and most economical way.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) years of Falcon aircraft experience (maintenance and/or completion)
Two years of experience within Dassault Falcon Jet
Temporary Team Leader experience
Previous documented leadership/supervisory experience, preferably within the last 2 years
High School education or equivalent
Ability to read, write and understand technical information contained in maintenance manuals, modification sheets, work instructions, engineering documents, and wiring diagrams
Ability to make effective decisions in an expedient manner and maintaining high quality standards.
Ability to anticipate problems and solve problems proactively .
Proven abilities in analytical and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations that address aircraft maintenance (FAR 43 and 145)
Coaching, mentoring and training skills to develop team members
Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation.
Computer skills - including word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
