Phenom 300E Corporate Pilot β Single Pilot Operation (Full-Time)
Company Overview:
We are a large, well-established, family-owned real estate company in operation for over 50 years. Our aviation department operates a Phenom 300 and is scheduled to take delivery of a new Phenom 300E in Q4 2025. We operate under Part 91 and value professionalism, safety, and discretion.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified, experienced pilot to operate our Phenom 300 as a single pilot. This is a full-time position based in Orange County, California with a flexible but quite predictable schedule. The ideal candidate is a highly professional individual who can manage all aspects of flight operations and represent the company with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Phenom 300E safely as a single pilot under Part 91
- Conduct all phases of flight planning and execution
- Coordinate flight schedules directly with company principals
- Monitor and manage aircraft dispatch, ground handling, fueling, and trip logistics
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate flight logs and aircraft records
- Oversee aircraft readiness in coordination with the third-party maintenance provider
- Ensure the aircraft remains enrolled and current on:
- Embraer Executive Care Platinum
- Pratt & Whitney Engine Maintenance Program
Qualifications:
- ATP Certificate (or Commercial with significant experience)
- Minimum 2,500 total flight hours, with strong preference for Phenom 300 PIC time
- Proven experience in single-pilot jet operations under Part 91
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and FAA requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability and a high degree of discretion
- Must be based near Orange County, San Diego, LA or willing to relocate
