Purpose of Position
The Director of Aircraft Management Sales is responsible for supporting the continued growth of MAnext by developing and maintaining relationships with aircraft owners, corporate flight departments, aviation consultants, and related industry contacts. This role focuses on identifying new aircraft management opportunities and guiding prospective clients through the evaluation and onboarding process.
The position plays a key role in expanding the MAnext managed aircraft portfolio through relationship-driven sales efforts, consultative sales, and collaboration with operational teams. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, aviation industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while representing the values and service standards of [Company].
Tasks and Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales
Identify and cultivate relationships with aircraft owners, family offices, aviation consultants, and corporate flight departments to support growth of the aircraft management portfolio.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective aircraft management clients through networking, relationship management, referrals, and industry engagement.
Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand prospective client operational needs, financial goals, and aircraft ownership objectives.
Develop and present customized aircraft management solutions, including operational overviews, cost analyses, and management proposals.
Represent MAnext at industry events, conferences, and within the local business community in a professional manner consistent with company standards.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead tracking, activity updates, pipeline management, and follow-up activity.
Support a smooth transition from prospect engagement through onboarding and ongoing client management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Charter, Maintenance, Flight Operations, and other operational teams to ensure proposed solutions align with operational capabilities and business objectives.
Collaborate internally to support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship development.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, market activity, and competitive landscape related to aircraft management services.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in private aviation sales, aircraft management sales, luxury sales, or related business development roles.
Strong understanding of aircraft ownership structures and private aviation operations, including Part 91 and Part 135 environments.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with aircraft owners, executives, and industry professionals.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities effectively.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in client interactions.
Existing aviation industry relationships or network preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
