Position Summary
This position supports corporate flight operations and professional flight instruction, delivering an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and instructional excellence. The primary focus is instruction in the Cirrus Vision Jet (SF50), with flying and instruction in other aircraft as needed.
Responsibilities include serving as Pilot in Command (PIC) for corporate flight operations, including demonstration, repositioning, and post-maintenance flights; conducting flight instruction, flight reviews, and proficiency checks; monitoring pilot progress; maintaining training and operational records; planning flights and lessons; supporting safety initiatives; and identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Flight Operations & Safety
Conduct all flight operations with an uncompromising focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Exercise sound aeronautical decisionmaking and crew resource management at all times.
Maintain current knowledge of company SOPs, FARs, aircraft systems, and operational best practices.
Ensure aircraft are airworthy and properly prepared for each flight, including preflight and postflight inspections.
Act as the final authority on the aircraft with respect to all areas of operation, including compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.
Corporate Pilot Services
Provide professional corporate pilot services as assigned.
Deliver a firstclass experience for corporate clients, emphasizing punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication.
Adapt to dynamic schedules and client needs while maintaining safety as the top priority.
Flight Instruction
Deliver technically accurate, standardized, and engaging flight instruction in accordance with company training programs and FAA requirements.
Tailor instruction to individual student goals, learning styles, and experience levels.
Clearly brief and debrief each lesson, providing constructive feedback and actionable improvement plans.
Maintain accurate training records, endorsements, and student documentation.
Client & Student Experience
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for students and clients throughout their training or flight experience.
Identify and communicate additional training opportunities and company service offerings that align with client and student goals.
Proactively educate clients and students on available programs, aircraft, advanced ratings, recurrent training, and corporate services.
Create longterm client relationships through exceptional service, professionalism, and consistent followthrough.
Professional Representation
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company positively both on and off the flight line.
Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor at all times.
Participate in recurrent training, standardization events, and safety meetings as required.
Responsible for properly communicating any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to [Company] via practices and procedures in place at the time of submission, and complete any paperwork associated with maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies noted.
Fiduciary duty to see that sound safety and financial decisions are made with regards to all operations of the aircraft while under their control.

Must be available for oncall hours, have open availability, and respond promptly to issues as they arise.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
College Degree preferred
Proficient computer skills (including flight activity applications, scheduling systems)
Certifications and Licenses
Must possess an FAA Commercial Pilot certificate, with airplane singleengine land and instrument rating privileges
Must possess an FAA Certified Flight InstructorAirplane certificate, with Instrument Instructor privileges
Must have a valid passport & authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass required background, drug, and security screenings.
Must have a valid driver's license
Specialized Training
1,000+ hrs. total time (required)
200 hrs. turbine time (with jet experience & PIC time preferred),
400+ hours dual instruction (with instruction provided in turbine aircraft preferred)
IFR in congested airspace, mountain flying, extensive IMC, international flight, and night experience (preferred)
Current Secondclass Airman Medical Certificate or higher
Language Requirements
Proficient in English

Previous experience in the SF50

Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
