Competitive Pay and Incentives:

• Base salary of $149,500 with total compensation of over $175,000 first year 

• Daily and annual pay incentives, including:

• Scheduled Day Off (SDO): $800 for SIC, $1,150 for PIC.

• Holiday Pay: $800.

• Domestic Per Diem: $75; International Per Diem: $120.

• Additional roles (e.g., Standardization Captain, Instructor) offer bonuses up to $20,000.

Location: Home Based – must reside in the eastern half of the United States, including Texas and states east of Texas. 

Schedule: 8 days on 6 days off

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PIC seeking a dynamic and well-rounded flying environment within a growing private aviation company. Pilots in this role will gain valuable experience conducting a mix of both Part 135 and Part 91 operations while flying approximately 450+ hours annually, providing consistent utilization and meaningful time in aircraft. About this Role:

As Pilot-in-Command, you are responsible for the safe, compliant, and seamless execution of every mission, while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations

• Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, duty limits, and company procedures

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of flight execution with your crew

• Maintain aircraft safety, readiness, and reporting standards

• Deliver a white-glove client experience aligned with Northern Jet standards

• Complete required administrative and operational documentation

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As Captain, you will operate flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand, ensuring the seamless execution of missions while maintaining full compliance with FAA regulations related to flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications. You will follow company procedures for reporting any discrepancies with the aircraft during flight or ground operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing administrative tasks as assigned by company management.
 
 PIC Minimum Qualifications

• 3,000 Total Time

• 1,500 PIC Time

• 500+ hours of Multi-Engine Time

• Current 1st Class Medical

• Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License

• Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

• Maintain an impeccable professional appearance at all times.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Successfully pass a drug screening test.

• Clear a comprehensive background check.

• Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.
