Role Objective
Provide for and enhance the customer experience with professional decorum, grace, ethics and modesty by adhering to company standards of customer service and procedures.
Essential Job Tasks
Provide exceptional in-flight customer service to enhance and exceed customer expectations to all passengers and crew
Maintain aircraft stock and aircraft cleanliness in accordance with company standards stock list and aircraft cleaning guidelines to ensure the aircraft is always in a ‘charter ready’ status
Adhere to uphold company guidelines for uniform standards at all times to set an example for others in the industry to emulate
Maintain a professional demeanor and superior representation of the Company at all times
Actively participate as a valued team member onboard the aircraft by utilizing excellent Crew Resource Management skills as necessary to facilitate the completion of duties and responsibilities effectively
Updates and makes new recommendations to owner profiles as needed
Maintains a strong working knowledge and adherence of company CA Manual
Requirements
Competencies
Experience in a service industry as a charter or corporate Cabin attendant or Flight Attendant
Experience in managing team members in a fast paced service environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company
Ability to mulit-task, collect and organize data, define problems and provide required reporting in a timely manner.

This position requires 100% travel
Required Education / Experience
Previous experience as a Cabin Attendant, not required, but experience in a fast-paced service environment is desired.
Experience working face to face with the general public
No misdemeanors or felonies since the interview
