Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Turbine Seaplane Captain located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of turbine-powered seaplanes on scheduled and chartered flights. Day-to-day tasks include pre-flight planning, aircraft checklists, flight execution, maintaining flight logs, and adhering to safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with crew members, communication with air traffic control, and continuous situational awareness to ensure passenger and cargo safety.

Qualifications

• Extensive flight experience with turbine-powered seaplanes and strong knowledge of aviation safety practices

• Proficiency in flight planning, navigation, and weather assessment

• Valid FAA-issued commercial pilot license with a valid clear medical certificate

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with crew and air traffic control

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Customer service ability to ensure a professional and courteous experience for passengers

• Previous experience in operating out of West Palm Beach is a plus

• Willingness to adhere to local, federal aviation regulations, and company standards
