Team Lead, Inflight Training Operations
Responsible for supporting business unit operations through inventory control, audits, and ad hoc project management as needed to support business unit goals
This role is a part of our Inflight Training team within our Inflight group.

Responsible for training device development while creating a long-term strategic plan to support [Company] Inflight training growth
Oversees budget, ordering and tracking of equipment inventory and utilization of training devices to support departmental operation and decision making
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Inflight training equipment manual
Partners with sim tech to trouble shoot device and training equipment issues
Leads the Inflight Production team within Inflight Training in support of internal training classes
Identifies business problems and opportunities, outlines strategic options, define success, and gain consensus among stakeholders and senior management
Assists with internal and external audit processes
Oversees the daily operation of the Inflight virtual reality training lab
Develops and delivers presentations and 5-point justifications for business cases and recommendations on key initiatives to Senior Management, as needed
Interfaces with a variety of functional areas including Inflight Policy and Procedures, Procurement, Finance, Tech Ops, CRE, Flight and the FAA for strategic and tactical decision-making
Flex to support additional tasks and responsibilities as directed
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
1 year experience with project management
1 year experience with vendor management, finance, and accounts payable
Understanding of Flight Service Training Operations
Understanding of Comply365
Working knowledge of FAA regulations
