Description
Fulfill the Pilot Monitoring role during Flight Simulator training under FAA and/or EASA regulations.
Attend all elements of the training event to support the client’s training and learning experience, including pre‑flight and post‑flight briefings.
Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors.
Complete all necessary forms and checklists required for the Pilot Monitoring role.
Minimum Qualifications
Commercial or Airline Transport Certificate.
Airplane Multi‑Engine Land rating.
Instrument rating with 50 hours of instrument experience.
400 hours total flight time (may be reduced to 250 hours with a 2‑ or 4‑year aviation degree or [Company] Academy graduation with Head of Training approval).
Eligibility to meet all TSA requirements.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer).
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Must reside within 2 hours of the training facility.
Must be able to meet all Sim Tech‑10 Physical Demands (see section below).
Preferred Qualifications
100 hours of turbine time (preferred).
Experience with advanced avionics.

Compensation
Salary: USD 23 per hour.
