The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Pilot, the Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for the safe, professional, and efficient operation of company aircraft while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Primary Responsibilities

• Exercise final authority for the safe operation of assigned Part 91 and Part 135 flights.

• Conduct flight planning, weather analysis, fuel planning, and aircraft performance calculations.

• Ensure aircraft airworthiness through preflight inspections and maintenance log review.

• Verify aircraft loading, weight and balance, passenger safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Operate company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and aircraft limitations.

• Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

• Complete all operational paperwork, flight logs, and post-flight documentation.

• Coordinate with Dispatch, Maintenance, Flight Operations, and fellow crewmembers.

• Support charter, organ transport, government, and managed aircraft missions.

• Represent [Company] with professionalism when interacting with owners and clients. 

Qualifications

• ATP

• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate

• 3,000 hours total flight time

• 1,500 hours PIC (turbojet PIC preferred)

• Citation 525 Type Rating with 250 hours in Type preferred

• No significant accidents, incidents, or enforcement action in the last 3 years

• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
