The Director of Client Relations serves as the primary link between aircraft owners and the company. This role manages the overall ownership experience, ensuring clear communication, accuracy, and a high level of personal service across operations, maintenance, and financial matters.
The position also plays a key role in business development, helping to acquire new management accounts, assist with aircraft acquisitions, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for aircraft owners and their representatives
Coordinate with internal departments to manage daily operations, billing, maintenance, and insurance questions
Anticipate and address client needs with professionalism and discretion
Support charter and revenue goals in coordination with Sales and Flight Coordination
Take ownership of onboarding new clients and aircraft
Help develop and manage CRM and invoice tracking systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key partners
Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings
Assist current clients with aircraft upgrades or acquisitions
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or related field preferred
5–7 years of experience in client relations, business development, or account management
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work directly with high-net-worth clients
Solid understanding of aviation operations and service expectations
Proven track record of building long-term relationships and supporting company growth
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools
Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up skills
Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on customer service excellence
