Job Overview
Second-in-Command (SIC) Pilot, will support the team and department in the safe, efficient, and professional operation of company aircraft. This position requires strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies while delivering exceptional service to company executives and guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
Flight Operations: Assist the flight crew with all aspects of flight preparation, including route planning, weather and performance analysis, weight and balance, and ATC coordination.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all FAA and company safety procedures, participate in safety briefings, and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
Crew Collaboration: Coordinate closely with department leadership, fellow crew members, maintenance personnel, and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations and timely departures.
Passenger Experience: Support the Operation in maintaining a professional cabin environment and delivering an exceptional experience for company leadership and passengers.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training, simulator sessions, and recurrent programs to maintain proficiency and current knowledge of company procedures and industry best practices. Engage in personal and professional development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
Knowledge acquired through 3 to 5 years of work experience
Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot's License
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1900 Total total flight time
Minimum 300 hours of turbine or turboprop time
FAA First Class Medical
ATP preferred
College Degree Preferred
Accident and incident free flight record
Work Environment
A dynamic work environment requires loading and unloading baggage at times.
