Key Responsibilities
· Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) and perform all duties in accordance with company standards, aviation regulations, and operational procedures.
· Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew members, aircraft, and all persons involved in flight operations.
· Exercise sound judgment and decision-making to maintain the highest level of flight safety.
· Report any operational, safety, or compliance concerns in a timely manner.
· Complete and maintain all required flight and operational documentation accurately and in accordance with the Operations Manual (OM).
· Monitor and maintain the validity of flight licenses, medical certificates, training records, passports, visas, and other required qualifications.
· Conduct pre-flight and post-flight procedures in accordance with the Operations Manual (OM), Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), and applicable regulations.
· Perform duties as a Ground Instructor and Flight Instructor, as assigned.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives, including operational efficiency, performance enhancement, and cost-saving measures.
· Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by the Head of Flight Operations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher.
· Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
· Total flight hours more than 2,000 hours, including 1,500 hours in Multi-Engine Jet/turboprop, and a minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
· Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
· ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
· Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, flight operations, and aeronautical decision-making.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
· No criminal record.
· No history of aviation incidents or accidents attributable to pilot negligence.
· Exempt from military service requirements (where applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
· Current or previous King Air 350 Type Rating.
· Experience in corporate aviation, charter operations, or business jet operations.
· Experience as a Ground Instructor and/or Flight Instructor.
