Aircraft: Gulfstream G600 + G280 | Part 91 | Full-Time
TT Flight Services is seeking a Director of Maintenance This is a hands-on, leadership-driven role in a high-performing Part 91 flight department based at KPBI (Palm Beach, FL), supporting two Gulfstream aircraft.
Fleet:
• Gulfstream G600 (GVII)
• Gulfstream G280
We are looking for a Director of Maintenance who not only meets the technical qualifications, but who thrives in a transparent, team-oriented culture and consistently models professionalism, accountability, and discretion.
Required:
A&P certified (IA preferred) +10 years experience
Experienced and FSI trained on/with Gulfstream GVII/G600/G280 aircraft
Gulfstream Master Technician (FSI) certified (strongly preferred)
Budget-minded and disciplined in resource planning
Well-versed in aircraft maintenance manuals, standard operating procedures, and business aviation best practices
Skilled at maintaining relationships with key vendor networks including Honeywell, SATCOM Direct, Pratt & Whitney ESP, Rolls-Royce and others
Flexible and team-oriented with strong maintenance leadership presence
Integrity-driven and consistent in following company policies and FAA regulations
Experienced in applying established resource management techniques to promote safety and operational excellence
Role Overview:
The Director of Maintenance will lead and manage all aspects of aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling, inspections, discrepancies, and AOG response. This includes coordinating with OEMs, service centers, technical reps, and internal personnel to maintain optimal safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

This is a high-trust role in a well-supported established private flight department where attention to detail, reliability, and communication are deeply valued. You will work closely with the Aviation Department Manager to ensure that aircraft remain safe, available, and mission-ready.
