Aerius Management is seeking a Full-Time Challenger 300 Flight Attendant to join a Part 91 Corporate operation with a primary operating base at the Tampa International Airport (KTPA). Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
Provides assistance and direction to passengers in emergency situations.
Provides CPR and basic first aid to passengers in distress.
Ensures that the cabin is secured and safe in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
Conducts preflight safety briefings in accordance with 14 CFR 91.513.
Provides a high level of customer service to passengers throughout the travel experience.
Ensurest that food beverages, blankets, reading materials, safety equipment, and other supplies are on board and sufficient for the trip.
Procures items requested by passengers to support flight operations.
Inspects, cleans, and stocks the aircraft cabin and galley to ensure it is continuously ready for flight operations.
Prepares meals, light snacks, and drinks for passengers consistent with passenger requests.
Facilitates the operation of the cabin audio/video system, and assists with the operation of cabin equipment, including the berthing of seats, and set up of onboard beds.
Qualifications
FACTS flight attendant (or equivalent training) within the prior 12-months.
Current CPR/AED/First Aid training.
Exceptional culinary skills. Formal culinary training is preferred.
Ability to work on call, with a flexible schedule.
Unrestricted ability to work and travel worldwide.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with an ability to constructively and effectively participate as a member of a high performing team.
Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred.
Detailed knowledge of the operation of all Challenger 300 cabin systems.

Compensation is based on comprehensive benchmarking for the geographic region, equipment type, utilization, job duties, and the assigned account, and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Flight attendant positions with Aerius Management have a salary range of $85,000 to $165,000.
