As a Lead Cabin Crew Training Planner, you will be responsible for the Cabin Crew Training plan, which will include all planned training requirements (incl. ECP) for operational Cabin Crew for all TUI Airlines. Please note this role is responsible for the planning and scheduling of training plans and not for the delivery of training courses/programmes.
We are happy to consider this role on a hybrid working model with a requirement to be in your local office base (or other TUI Airline source market office) just a couple of times per month. Local office attendance requirements may also need to be observed.

As Lead Cabin Crew Training Planner you will:
Highlight risks, opportunities and recommendations
Ensure any changes made to the training or establishment plans are both financially and commercially viable and effective and tracked within timelines
Undertake project work and provide input into ad-hoc activities across all areas of Manpower planning as required
Work closely with the Crew Planning teams to ensure an integrated and collaborative approach to the Training Plan, operational flexibility, and cost saving initiatives, process analysis and improvement
Proactively liaise and work with Key Stakeholders to provide a customer centric service that meets all their Training needs activities
Provide effective communication channels, guidance material and training packages for Key Stakeholders, influence change and support a greater understanding of Flight crew training
Effectively lead, develop and manage the Cabin Crew Training Team to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and motivation to perform to a consistently high standard
Involve, inspire and support change across the Training Planning Team to challenge working practices, driving process improvements and implementing new initiatives
Ensure that the Procedures Operations Manuals and Departmental Handbook accurately reflect the policy and procedures in place. Ensure regular review and updates in line with departmental changes and compliance with the Departmental Quality System
Build a strong communication channel within Manpower planning and key stakeholders to ensure that all relevant detail is communicated in an effective, timely manner
Ensure that a strong change control system is managed throughout the development of the Cabin Crew Training programme
Represent Manpower planning at any ad-hoc meetings as required
Identify and implement any changes to procedures, ensuring the team procedures handbook is amended accordingly
Participate in and support projects within Airline Operations or wider airline as required
Any other reasonable requirements of the business in keeping with your role
Understanding of aviation regulations, procedures, and industry standards related to crew training and qualification requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to identify and address challenges or issues related to crew training planning and resource allocation
Understanding of different labour regulations and contractual agreements
Role requires business English, both spoken and written
