Pilot Selection interviewers support Flight Operations goal of hiring talented and qualified candidates for a pilot position. Interviewers will work in teams to interview and assess if a candidate meets Delta’s rigorous standards for employment.
Commitment:
Expect to spend 3 - 8 days per month conducting interviews. In some cases, these may be short notice assignments
All interviews are conducted in ATL at the General Offices
This role works on an "as needed" basis, this is a part-time position

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
Current or previous Delta Pilot

Broad understanding of the aviation industry and the different paths to becoming a pilot
Previous experience in a leadership role inside or outside of Delta (e.g. Chief Pilot, Assistant Chief, Duty Pilot, LCP, Instructor, etc.)
Able to commit to the position for 1-2 years conducting interviews
