Delivering high‑quality simulator and ground school instruction.
Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.
Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and [Company] standards.
Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development.
Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance).
Minimum 1,500 hours of multi‑crew experience.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.
Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.
Bilingual in French and English (must be comfortable delivering training in English to an international client base).
