Our top priorities are safety, top-notch maintenance, and accurate service. We are in search of a Best in Class Pilot to help lead operations of a Global and Challenger 3500. The family boasts a state-of-the-art hangar equipped with the latest technology, and the Global and Challenger serves as a vital transportation tool for the principal's business and life.
Position Overview:
As the Lead Pilot for our Global and Challenger aircrafts, you could be responsible for overseeing flight operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead man on all matters related to the operation of the planes and the principal’s flight program in conjunction with our airplane management company.
To operate with the family’s values as well as the process and procedures agreed to.
Conduct pre-flight inspections, flight planning, and post-flight debriefings to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize flight schedules, crew assignments, and aircraft maintenance.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant aviation regulations, industry best practices, and safety standards.
Act as a company representative of regulatory agencies such as the FAA.
Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for flight crew members.
Perform other duties as assigned by owner or senior management as mutually agreed on.
Qualifications:
ATP certificate with Challenger 3500 type rating and/or Global 7500 type rating. Similar is ok too (6500, Global Express, etc.)
Minimum of 3000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
Previous experience as a Lead Pilot or similar leadership role.
Strong leadership skills.
Adaptability to pivot as the principal requests.
Valuable decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN.
