Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Cabin Attendant. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, customer service orientation, have experience writing training and Standardization manuals, express cultural sensitivity, and display empathy toward others.
Additionally, we expect that the preferred candidate will exhibit impeccable organizational skills, is flexible, reliable, independent and adaptable. The highly qualified candidate is trusted to exhibit attention to detail, collaborate well in a team environment, remain calm under pressure, have culinary experience, and work well with crew members.
The preferred candidate will have Gulfstream and Challenger Experience (aircraft models) and solid work history involving corporate flight experience. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of business aviation and be adaptable to new technology.
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Location: Must live within 2 hours of Atlanta, GA - KATL

Responsibilities:
This position requires successful candidates to work as team members in a crew environment. Successful candidates will be safety oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and embody superior customer service for a premium experience.
Develop the Cabin Attendant Standard Operating Procedures
Create and manage Cabin Attendant schedules
Oversee Contract Cabin Attendant company utilization
Hold periodic office duties
Serve as a point of contact to Cabin Attendants
Ensure personal readiness for flight by being well-rested and dressed professionally
Report any discrepancies discovered during pre-flight checks to the Pilot in Command
Maintain passenger comfort throughout each flight assigned
Communicate any potential situations that may affect the flight’s safety, comfort, or outcome to the Pilot in Command
Oversee and coordinate all inflight service requirements, including food, beverages, and amenities
Manage and assist in the acquisition of aircraft stock supplies through ordering, receipt, and inventory of supplies in an efficient and organized manner
Prepare, plate, and serve high-quality food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
Submit all food service expenses and necessary reports
Provide feedback after each flight and complete service surveys as requested
Maintains cleanliness of cabin
Performs cabin attendant duties, including:
Stand for extended periods and remain seated during turbulence
Lift and carry stock items, including 24-pack cases of soft drinks, to shoulder level
Complete other duties as assigned by Member Operations
Qualifications:
Complies with Company Policies and Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and other information pertinent to the position
Demonstrates proficiency with job requirements
Ability to report within one hour of receiving assignment. Must be able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while remaining calm
Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and demonstrate self-motivation
FACTS certified
Gulfstream experience required
Challenger experience required
Corporate or Private Charter attendant experience required
Must be well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Office 365 required
Must be Atlanta, GA based
