We are seeking Home BasedLear 60 Captains. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, work well with pilots/principals and be an experienced punctual and reliable Lear 60 Captain. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Well qualified candidates will have a minimum of hours, impeccable customer service skills, and solid work history. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of business aviation, have a strong work ethic, pay close attention to detail, and adapt to new technology. Additionally, the qualified candidate will be able to respect and maintain confidentiality with ethical, trustworthy sensitive information.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
PIC –
· Safely planning and operating owner and charter trips under applicable regulations.
· Check weather, weight and balance, NOTAMS, and supplies.
· Supervise and direct other crew-members as required.
· Complete company required paperwork
· Travel as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Position: Pilot in Command
· LR-60 Type Rating
Simulator trained in type within the last 24 months
Total 3500
Total PIC 2000
Multiengine 2000
Time in Type as PIC 250
Instrument 150
Must have a current First Class FAA Medical Certificate
Must have an ATP License
Must have a Valid US Passport
Must have no FAA violations within the last 5 years
Must meet the standards for Argus and Wyvern
Must live within a 2 hour driving radius of the West Palm Beach, Florida Airport (KPBI)
Part 135 experience (preferred)
Must be able to travel in and out of the US freely
Must be able to pass a 10 year criminal history record check
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
This is a non-commuting position
REQUIREMENTS
· Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
· Must be at least 23 years old and a high school graduate
· Must have a valid unrestricted U.S. driver’s license
· Must have a valid unrestricted passport
· Must have an FAA First Class Medical
· Must have an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land (AMEL)
· Must have an FAA ATP Instrument Rating
· Must have a restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
· Ability to change with new technology
· Current IFR knowledge and experience
· Current, valid, IPC, Line Check and Route Check
· Must possess basic MS Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency
· Must be able to speak, read, understand and write English
· Must be service oriented and able to work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude
· Must be able to communicate effectively and work within a team-focused environment
· Must have an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and respectful of diverse populations and cultures
· Must be able to pass DOT/FAA compliant pre-employment drug screen and background check
· Must be a good citizen with good moral character
· Must be goal-oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently or as a team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
· Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
· Load and unload aircraft as necessary
· Moderate to heavy lifting is required (up to 70 lbs)
SHIFT REQUIREMENTS
· Must be available for assigned shifts; including nights, weekendand holidays
