Position Available: Charter Sales Associate

Type: Entry Level / Full time

Reports to: Director of Charter Sales

Salary: Hourly, Comissions

Position Overview

Soulbird LLC has an immediate opening for Charter Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for charter sales from our fleet. You will develop and foster professional relationships in accordance with Soulbird's high standards of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the charter team for on-fleet sales

• Provide responsiveness to charter inquiries including wholesale and direct-to-customer sales, via phone and email

• Maintain market knowledge

• Schedule and monitor trip logistics upon booking

• Ensure post-trip reconciliation

• Maintain accurate customer profiles with CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales experience

• Customer service experience

• Aviation experience or exposure
