As Vice President of Commercial Jets, you will oversee the division’s performance by directing strategic initiatives and managing daily operations related to commercial charter sales. This position involves close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our clients offerings remain competitive and industry-leading.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
Develop and implement strategic plans to promote sustainable growth in key global markets.
Identify new revenue opportunities, client segments, and potential partnerships.
Leadership & Team Development
Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on accountability and results.
Establish training programs, performance metrics, and succession planning to promote team excellence.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Lead negotiations and secure high-value charter agreements
Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, delivering exceptional service to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Industry Representation & Networking
Represent the company at prominent aviation and travel industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with operators, brokers, and stakeholders within the global charter market.
Strategic Insight & Reporting
Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance reports to the executive team.
Contribute to overall business strategy and support investment decision-making at the leadership level.
Our client seeks a seasoned professional in the aviation industry with a strong background in Commercial aircraft charter / Group charter sales
Minimum of 7 years’ experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets.
Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing sales teams on regional or global scales.
Skilled negotiator capable of structuring and closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of global charter markets, industry trends, and client behaviors.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively while maintaining a hands-on approach.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
