Who are we hiring?
Provides the highest levels of Safety and Service to MSG Aviation’s clients, travelers, and guests consistent with applicable FAA CFR’s, ICAO Standards and MSG Aviation’s FOM while always maintaining the highest degree of professional decorum.
The Flight Attendant provides the appropriate environment for the passengers to extract the maximum value from their travel time. The Flight Attendant will exercise seasoned judgment to determine and deliver the appropriate levels of service desired by the travelers, sensing what the travelers will require before they make the request. This could mean providing high levels of service for a large group or remaining ready and able to serve while in the background.
What will you do?
Supports and participates fully in MSG’s Safety Management System.
Functions as a fully integrated crew member to ensure both the comfort and safety of passengers.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of MSG Aviation’s FOM and appropriate FARs.
Prepares and maintains the cabin to a flight ready status.
Thorough knowledge of all cabin system operations and troubleshooting to include, berthing/seating, connectivity, entertainment, environmental, galley, lavatory, and telephony.
Plans menus, procures provisions and provides first class food and beverage services.
Maintains an inviting, organized and sanitary cabin and galley environment during all phases of flight.
Makes extraordinary efforts to fulfill passenger requests.
Vets all food and beverage suppliers for the highest levels of quality and safety.
Assists in maintaining inventory with a focus on automation and expense management.
Other duties as assigned such as shopping and procuring supplies.
What do you need to succeed?
Three+ years (3-7) of global experience as a Flight Attendant serving high profile and EHNW individuals.
Excellent “Command Presence”, communication and interpersonal skills with a high EQ
Extensive background and working knowledge of the Culinary Arts, Food Safety, Beverage Selection/Management, Menu Planning and Presentation.
Advance culinary and beverage training
Formal Flight Attendant training
Current Safety Training to include Basic Life Support and General Emergencies
Valid US Passport with no foreign jurisdiction entry/exit restrictions as well as appropriate visas and foreign work permits.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
A valid driver’s license. Candidate must be flexible with client and driving assignments based upon need. This requires reliable, consistent, and flexible access to a personal vehicle for which the candidate is insured to operate independently

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
