Position Summary

We are seeking a safety-focused First Officer to join our growing Part 91 flight department based in SW Florida.

This position supports a corporate flight department operating two Hawker 800XP aircraft. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to safety.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) in a Hawker 800XP aircraft.

• Perform all flight duties as assigned by the PIC and assists in the management of the flight.

• Conduct all flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidance, and company SOPs.

• Maintain the highest standards of Crew Resource Management (CRM) and operational discipline.

• Participate in domestic and international flight planning.

• Prepare aircraft performance calculations, weight and balance, weather briefings, NOTAM reviews, and operational paperwork.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure the aircraft is clean, stocked, and mission-ready for every trip.

• Monitor aircraft discrepancies and coordinate maintenance as directed.

• Assist trip planning.

• Occasional administrative or maintenance help if needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Commercial AMEL with Instrument Rating

• FAA First-Class Medical Certificate

• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit

• Valid Passport

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• 1,000 hours total flight time, 600 PIC

Preferred Qualifications

• 1,500 hours total flight time

• HS-125 type rating (Candidates without a type rating will be considered, but a training agreement may be required).

• Previous Turbine experience

Schedule

This position supports an on-demand Part 91 corporate operation. Schedule flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional extended travel.
