Position Overview
V3 Aviation is seeking highly professional, service-driven pilots to join a dedicated flight department operating a Gulfstream GIV under Part 91. This is a premier corporate aviation role supporting a discerning ownership group with a strong emphasis on safety, discretion, and white-glove service.
The aircraft is based at SNA, and candidates should be located within a reasonable commute or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate the Gulfstream GIV in domestic and international environments
Ensure strict compliance with all FAA regulations and company SOPs
Deliver exceptional passenger experience with a high level of professionalism
Coordinate with maintenance, scheduling, and trip support vendors
Maintain aircraft cleanliness, readiness, and operational excellence
Participate in SMS and safety-focused culture initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Captain
ATP Certificate
Gulfstream GIV Type Rating
2,500+ hours total time
1,500+ hours turbine
500+ hours PIC in turbine aircraft
International operations experience preferred
First Officer
Commercial Certificate (ATP preferred or ATP-eligible)
GIV Type Rating preferred
Turbine experience preferred
Strong CRM and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications (Both Positions)
Prior Part 91 corporate aviation experience
Experience in high-end passenger service environments
Strong knowledge of international procedures and oceanic operations
Proficiency with FMS, CPDLC, and modern avionics
Stable work history and strong references
