CAREER OPPORTUNITY: AIRLINE PILOT – TURBINE ENGINE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

Fly All Ways, a dynamic and forward-thinking airline headquartered in Suriname, is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Pilot to become a valued member of our flight team. In this position, you will be responsible for piloting our turbine engine fleet—including the Fokker 70 and Airbus models—delivering safe and exemplary flight operations across our regional and international routes.

As a Fly All Ways Pilot, you will be committed to upholding rigorous standards of safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer care. Working collaboratively with our operations control, engineering personnel, and cabin crew, you’ll help ensure every passenger enjoys a seamless and pleasant journey. Key duties include detailed pre-flight planning, sound in-flight judgment, and thorough post-flight documentation, all conducted in full alignment with international aviation regulations.

To thrive in this role, candidates must:

• Be 50 years old or younger

• Possess a minimum high school diploma (or equivalent)

• Hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL or ATP)

• Demonstrate ICAO English Proficiency at Level 4 or higher

• Have a valid Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) rating

• Possess a current Class 1 Medical Certificate

• Accumulate at least 2,000 hours of total flight experience

• Have hands-on experience operating turbine engine aircraft

• Provide verifiable records of relevant training and flight history
