Perform in-flight service duties, including the sale of onboard products such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and meals.
Execute pre-flight duties, including safety and security checks, inspections of aircraft cleanliness, and verification of correct onboard provisioning.
Maintain an active presence in the cabin, offering friendly, professional, and timely assistance to passengers.
Operate various onboard safety and emergency equipment with confidence and handle security and emergency situations with poise and tact.
Uphold cabin cleanliness standards on all flights and perform cabin grooming of the aircraft upon arrival as required.
Consistently deliver a high level of customer service across all aspects of onboard service.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional education or certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
Experience:
A minimum of four (4) years of customer service experience is required.
Prior experience as a Flight Attendant is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements:
Must hold a valid Canadian passport
Minimum 19 years of age
Be able to reach 201 cm or 79 inches flat-footed with no shoes
Be able to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist and 22 lbs. overhead
Fluency in English; French and other languages is considered an asset
Live within 90 minutes of your designated crew base or willing to relocate
Prepared to demonstrate and work the required schedule flexibility (24/7), including weekends and holidays, and accommodating standby (reserve) flight schedules as needed.
Availability to travel on short notice and work in various time zones
Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening test
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
