The Intern, Inflight Operations is part of the Flight Service Base Operations team within the Flight Service group. This role is key in handling calls, emails, data entry, and assisting with administrative tasks and special projects. This position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 6 months.

Organization and classification of documents: Sort and classify physical and digital documents according to their content, date and other relevant criteria
Conservation and maintenance of archives: Guarantee the integrity and security of documents, preventing their deterioration or loss
Document Search and Retrieval: Locate and provide documents requested by other departments or individuals
Assist with daily office operations and general administrative duties
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses
Help with data entry and updating internal databases
Support the administrative team with special projects and tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a technical program at SENA specializing in Document Management Archives and Storage, or a related field
Ability to fluently speak, read, write and understand English
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Experience with customer service, office administration
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
