Job Responsibilities:
Flight Operations
Flight Coordination: Receive operational guidance from the PIC; report cabin discrepancies and maintenance needs
Preflight Checks: Inspect cabin equipment and ensure cabin readiness before each flight
Passenger Safety: Ensure compliance with federal regulations, provide safety briefings, and manage emergencies
Emergency Preparedness: Operate fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen equipment, and AED as required
Passenger Experience
In-Flight Support: Brief passengers on cabin systems (entertainment, data, phones) and assist with seating, luggage, and restraint systems
Accessibility: Support passengers with disabilities and children requiring restraint systems
Cabin Presentation & Catering
Cleanliness & Order: Coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews; maintain neatness
Menu Planning: Create and print menus and weather cards
Meal Execution: Order, shop, prepare, and serve meals and beverages
Galley Stocking: Maintain standard inventory and vendor sourcing for cabin, lavatory, and galley
Documentation & Reporting
Flight Prep & Records: Ensure aircraft meets specifications; maintain client profiles, post-trip, and catering reports
Manuals & SOPs: Create and update aircraft-specific manuals and SOPs
Training & Oversight
Certification Maintenance: Stay current in all required training (safety, medical, company Indoc)
Crew Mentorship: Train or supervise contract/part-time cabin crew as needed
Company Representation
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent [Company] internally and externally with professionalism
Compliance: Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and best practices
Scheduling & Availability
Flexibility: Available for overnight, weekend, holiday, and varied-hour trips on scheduled days

Qualifications:
Education & Licenses:
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
Flight Safety International or equivalent Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR, AED equivalent
Valid US Passport
Valid US State Driver’s License
Experience:
Minimum of four years of work experience in a similar role
And two years of culinary and/or high-end food service experience
Prior Part 135 experience
Must be at least 21 years of age

Salary, Schedule, and Perks:
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 Annually
Schedule: 15 on / 13 off rotation
