Within a small team and on a shift basis (24h/7), the successful candidate will provide highly specialised services, in particular:
Produce flight planning, including ETOPS operations, weight and balance, performance
Obtain flight permits
Calculate fuel
Check weather conditions
Issue technical crew briefings
Maintain operational control and continuous monitoring of all dispatched flights
Able to read NOTAMs and weather coded messages
Familiar with aircraft performance, navigation documentation, monitoring, analysis, and calculation of operational factors (runway performance, weight & balance, ATC preferred route, fuel needs)
Fluent in both French and English, including aviation English
Good knowledge of aeronautical and flight operations manuals
At least 2 years of experience in an aviation operations (OCC) environment, training according to ICAO Doc 7192-AN/857 would be an asset
Computer literate
Meticulous with a strong team spirit, flexible and with excellent communication skills
Swiss or holder of a valid work permit for Switzerland
Willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
