We are strengthening our team and looking for Deputy Head of Cabin Operations that will be supporting the Head of Cabin Operations on his day-to-day duties and ensuring smooth and on time Cabin Operations performance. DEPUTY HEAD OF CABIN OPERATIONS WILL:
Maintain cabin crew procedures, checklists and associated documents in accordance with the latest standards established by relevant aircraft manufacturer, standards of [Company] and requirements of the TCA and other applicable authorities participating in approval of CCM;
Assist Head of Flight Operations with assessing and determining risk tolerability with respect to safety and security of operations in the field of Cabin Operations Department activities;
Is responsible for the promotion of safety awareness, active encouragement of open reporting, and feedback in the cabin operations department;
Monitor cabin crew conduct and performance to ensure compliance with [Company]’ standards;
Evaluate and review cabin crew’s competences, skills, experience, and interpersonal abilities during the selection process;
Undertake the tasks to become a liaison between the aircraft manufacturer to ensure that cabin crew procedures are up to date and consistent with flight safety;
Implement, maintain, and adhere to SMS processes in the field of activities of cabin operations department, and ensures that all reasonable steps are taken to improve safety;
Motivate, lead, and supervise the cabin crew’s daily work, conducting development talks and etc.;
Take care of any other cabin operations-related duties that may arise during daily routine and perform other duties as assigned by Head of Cabin Operations.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU:
Qualification requirements of Senior Cabin Crew;
At least 1 years’ experience as an operating Senior Cabin Crew;
Live or be willing to relocate to Vilnius, Lithuania;
Additionally, Deputy Head of Cabin Operations shall have:
Practical experience and expertise in the application of cabin safety standards and safe operating practices;
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant EASA regulations and any additional associated requirements and procedures;
Good communication, cooperation and team working skills;
Strong organizational and leadership ability;
IT literacy in general and excellent administrative skills;
Fluency in English – written and spoken.
