[Company] is seeking motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (A&P) to join our growing maintenance teams across multiple locations.
Our maintenance operations support a wide variety of general aviation aircraft and environments, including high-utilization flight training fleets, customer-owned aircraft, transient aircraft maintenance, and Cirrus Service Center operations.
These roles are ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on general aviation maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and working in professional, team-oriented environments focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
Available Locations
KXLL – Allentown, PA
Support a high-utilization Piper P100 training fleet operating within a fast-paced flight school environment. This role focuses heavily on preventative maintenance, 100-hour inspections, operational reliability, and minimizing aircraft downtime.
KLNS – Lancaster, PA
Support a collaborative general aviation maintenance operation with a strong Cirrus maintenance presence and customer aircraft support across multiple GA platforms. Technicians perform a wide variety of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in a professional, team-oriented environment.
KOKV – Winchester, VA
Join our Cirrus Authorized Service Center supporting a large volume of Cirrus and other reciprocating-engine GA aircraft. This environment emphasizes detailed troubleshooting, customer service, and high-quality maintenance standards.
Responsibilities Include
Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data
Conduct inspections including annual and 100-hour inspections
Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, electrical, avionics, hydraulic, and aircraft systems
Remove, install, rig, and operationally check aircraft components and systems
Complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and work orders accurately and in compliance with FAA and company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Collaborate with fellow technicians and operational teams to support aircraft availability and return-to-service
Support operational priorities and maintenance scheduling needs as required
Qualifications
Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical data
Strong attention to detail and maintenance documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
General aviation maintenance experience
Experience with piston aircraft and reciprocating engines
Flight school maintenance experience
Familiarity with Piper or Cirrus aircraft
Inspection Authorization (IA)
Basic avionics troubleshooting experience
