We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pilot to join our tourism operation in Alaska. The ideal candidate will possess Alaska flight experience.. Float flying is a must. Our company is proud to interact with our clients, strong interpersonal skills is required. A good understanding of regulations, with the ability to operate Dehaviland Beaver aircraft safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe transport of freight or passengers.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies.

• Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all systems are functioning properly.

• Communicate effectively with management, other employees, and ground personnel.

• Analyze flight data and weather conditions to make informed decisions regarding flight operations.

• Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or needs during the flight.

• Lead crew members in adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.

• Think outside the box and provide safe and reliable flights to remote locations.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial single engine sea pilot's license.

• Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation safety standards.

• 500 hours of at least SEL experience.

• 1500 hours of total time

• Instrument rating

• 500 hours Alaska aviation experience

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing crew dynamics and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

• Ability to analyze complex situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Customer service experience is preferred, particularly in high-stress environments.
