The Role We Want You For

[Company] pilots oversee the safe and efficient transportation of company passengers and cargo and are ultimately responsible for:
Ensuring flight assignments comply with FAA, flight department, and company policies and regulations pertinent to assigned duties
Responding to all emergency and abnormal situations appropriately by utilizing proper Crew Resource Management (CRM) to communicate with other crew members, air traffic control (ATC), and ground support services.
Performing passenger briefings and providing the highest level of service required to meet specific passenger needs.
Remaining vigilant of and performing all flight and fuel planning, weather analysis, performance, and weight and balance tasks as required for each trip assignment.
Completing aircraft pre- and post-flight tasks to ensure company aircraft are airworthy.
Overseeing fueling and other ground servicing to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assisting all teammates with performing assigned tasks to assure the safety and success of all flight missions.
Assisting with loading of baggage and procurement of catering.
Completing aircraft flight logs and computerized documentation.
Assisting in maintaining the aircraft in a clean and well provisioned manner and re-stocking of the aircraft.
Requirements
Possess an Airline Transport Pilot Multi-Engine Land Certificate
Possess a First-Class Medical Certificate
Have a minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time
Currently have or be eligible to obtain a passport
Have the unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Mexico
Possess expert-level knowledge of FAA regulations and safety procedures
Possess good judgment with the ability to react quickly to hazards
Demonstrate good communication and collaboration skills
Have a high attention to detail
Have an accident-free pilot history
Our Ideal Candidate Would Have
Three years minimum of corporate flight department experience.
International flight experience.
Previous flight department management experience.
A full PIC type-rating plus previous experience in the Challenger 300, 350, or 3500 series aircraft.
A bachelor’s degree.
1,000 hours of Jet PIC experience and 5,000 hours total flight time

This position is based in Overland, Missouri and all candidates must live within 2 hours, or be willing to relocate.
[Company] employs captain qualified pilots, and all pilots are assigned the roles of PIC and SIC.
The ideal candidate will work well within a small flight department who places high value on safe operations and efficient communications.
[Company] pilots enjoy a defined hard day policy and flexible scheduling to facilitate a high standard for quality of life.
Our schedule changes frequently with occasional short-notice trips (occasionally same-day).
[Company] pilots typically work 11 days and average 4 overnights per month.
[Company] pilots work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position seeks to add a sixth pilot to our flight department
[Company] operates two aircraft and in addition to the six pilots, employs two maintenance personnel, and a flight department scheduler.
This position will report to the Director of Flight Operations
