We are seeking an experienced Japanese-speaking Flight Attendant, based in Japan - Tokyo to join our team on a well-established Part 121 charter operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the aircraft cabin, its occupants and creating a bespoke, unforgettable experience for the passengers. This role requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, expert communication skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected or emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct all flights within the Company Operations Manual (OMA), Cabin Attendant Handbook, policies and procedures.
· Attend all training as required by the Company to ensure currency in accordance with OMD
· Attend pre and post-flight briefings with the PIC and other crew members
· Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew
· Ensure the cabin is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies, both prior to and post-flight
· Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
· Design suitable menus, order, prepare and serve meals and beverages according to dietary preferences and restrictions
· Anticipate passenger needs and provide personalized service to enhance the travel experience
· Handle special requests and accommodate passenger preferences with discretion and professionalism
· Maintain clear communication with the flight crew regarding passenger needs and any in-flight issues
· Report any incidents or irregularities to the Lead Captain promptly
· Maintain records of passenger preferences and feedback for continuous improvement
· Work closely with pilots and ground staff to ensure seamless operations
· Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate flight attendant for charter flights
· Fluent in Japanese and English is required
· Valid passport, ability to operate globally without restrictions
· Knowledge of in-flight service protocols and safety regulations
· Flight attendant – specific training from Flight Safety, FACTS or similar preferred
· Outstanding culinary techniques and presentation
· Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
· Passion for providing outstanding customer service
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Show discretion regarding confidential information
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
