Overview:
flyGATEWAY is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable aviation professional to join our team at Wings Field. This hybrid role combines sales and flight instruction to support current and prospective Cirrus aircraft owners throughout their ownership journey. You’ll play a central role in delivering an exceptional experience—from pre-purchase through training, management, and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the on-field resource for Cirrus owners, prospects, and pilots based at Wings Field
Support pre-purchase consultations by guiding new owners through the Cirrus ownership process
Provide Cirrus flight instruction, including transition training and ongoing proficiency flights
Promote and sell our suite of services, including aircraft management, hangar solutions, leaseback programs, and charter opportunities
Act as a liaison for Cirrus managed, leaseback and charter owners, ensuring a high level of service and communication
Collaborate with our operations and maintenance teams to support aircraft readiness and scheduling
Attend industry events and support local outreach efforts to build Cirrus community engagement at Wings Field
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for aviation and strong understanding of the general aviation industry
In-depth knowledge of Cirrus aircraft; Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) certification strongly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
Sales experience or natural aptitude for relationship-driven selling
CFI with current certificates and a strong safety mindset
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Comfortable speaking with aircraft owners and high-net-worth individuals
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary plus commission on management, leaseback, and charter sales

FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) with current certificates
Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) certification strongly preferred, or willingness to complete CSIP training
In-depth knowledge of Cirrus aircraft systems and avionics
Sales or business development experience, or demonstrated aptitude for relationship-driven selling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with aircraft owners and high-net-worth individuals
Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with operations, maintenance, and administrative teams
Ability to attend industry events and represent the company professionally
