[Company] is searching for “Seriously Nice” Pilots to participate in a new time partnership program, Breeze Lift! The Lift program is designed to assist qualified aviators as they build time towards becoming a [Company] First Officer. Selected participants will work for our Breeze Lift partner, SkyShare, and will receive a conditional job offer and seniority number from Breeze. Once all requirements are met, Lift Pilots will be placed in the pool for a Breeze First Officer Training class in Salt Lake City, UT.
Starting salary for the Lift Captain role is $80,000 per year.
Breeze Lift is a time-building program, in partnership with SkyShare.
The Breeze Lift Captain program is for pilots with 1,500+ hours and recent PC-12 PIC experience.
Pilots in the Breeze Lift Captain program will fly as SkyShare Pilatus PC-12 Captains for a minimum of 18 months.
Breeze Lift pilots will receive a Breeze seniority number upon successfully completing a 135.299 check at SkyShare.
Once all program requirements are met, Lift pilots will be placed in the pool for a Breeze First Officer Training class.
Fly Breeze aircraft parts and team members across the Breeze network
Provide regular updates to the Breeze team to report progress
Provide mentorship to Breeze Lift SIC pilots
Fly a minimum of 18 months as a PC-12 Captain with SkyShare
Remain in good standing with SkyShare, with an accompanying recommendation from leadership
Continued learning and development in line with [Company] core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
Employ the CRM concept of “Assertiveness with Respect”
Maintain a high degree of proficiency and a thorough knowledge of flight operations, procedures, and systems applicable to the aircraft flown
Develop technically and professionally in preparation for a transition to Breeze
Successfully complete ATP-CTP training, if needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company
1,500 hours total time
1,000 hours as PIC
300 hours fixed wing turbine
100 hours instrument (at least 50 actual hours)
50 hours multi-engine
500 hours cross-country
100 hours of night flying
300 hours in the Pilatus PC-12
100 hours PIC in the Pilatus PC-12
FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating
FAA Instrument Rating
Professional single-pilot experience or time in type is required
Must live or be willing to relocate to within a one-hour driving distance from Charleston, SC Airport
Must successfully pass [Company] and SkyShare selection process
Must have the knowledge and ability to assess risk and use the proper resources to keep risk to an acceptable level during all phases of ground and flight operations
Must have the knowledge, skills, and ability to quickly transition to the 121-operating environment.
Must ensure pilot training history is accurately maintained and disclosed in accordance with FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
Must be at least 23 years old at the time of hire
Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate
Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
Must have a valid U.S. passport
Must be able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products
Ability to facilitate cooperative relationships between/among people and departments
Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organization
