Job Summary:
The Challenger 300 Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, providing an outstanding flight experience for our clients. You will oversee all aspects of flight planning, crew management, and adherence to FAA regulations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Candidates will position on day 1 and 15 of rotation
Key Responsibilities:
Flight Operations: Command the Challenger 300 in FAR Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
Flight Planning: Conduct pre-flight planning, including route analysis, weather briefing, weight and balance calculations, and fuel planning.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all flights comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry safety standards.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable flight experience.
Pre-Flight/Post-Flight Inspections: Perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections and ensure proper aircraft readiness.
Coordination: Work closely with flight crew, dispatch, and ground personnel to ensure seamless flight operations.
Decision-Making: Use sound judgment and airmanship in the decision-making process during all phases of flight.
Documentation: Complete and submit all necessary flight logs and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
FAA ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) Certificate.
Current Type Rating in the Challenger 300 strongly preferred.
Minimum Flight Hours: 3,000 total hours, with at least 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
Turbine Experience: At least 500 hours in turbine aircraft.
FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with passengers, crew, and ground staff.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to upholding high operational standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current Challenger 300 Type Rating.
Previous Experience in FAR Part 135 or 91 corporate flight operations.
