Job Title: VP of Charter Sales
Location: United States (Remote initially)
Working Pattern: Fully remote for the remainder of 2026. From Q1 2027, this role will transition to 4 days per week in a New York office.
Compensation: Salary + uncapped commission structure linked to team profitability
Requirements (please only apply if you meet these):
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within on-demand private jet charter brokering
• Previous experience working for a private jet brokerage (not an operator)
• Strong understanding of the US charter market
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships
• Leadership or team management experience preferred
• Highly driven, commercial and performance-focused
• Strong culture fit, professionalism and work ethic
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven US Sales Director to oversee and grow our US charter team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in on-demand charter brokering who still understands the day-to-day realities of the market.
You will immediately oversee the US team, with responsibility for increasing revenue, profitability and overall team performance, while also helping expand the team as [Company] continues its US growth.

• A senior broker ready to step into leadership
• A current sales manager with a strong history of brokering
• Someone with 5 - 10 years of on-demand charter experience looking for progression into a larger leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Growth
• Oversee the US charter team
• Drive team revenue and profitability
• Lead recruitment and expansion of the US team
• Maintain high performance and culture standards
Charter Sales & Client Relationships
• Maintain and grow high-value client relationships
• Support the team on complex charter requests
• Works with operators to assist brokers overcome issues
• Ensure exceptional service standards across the US operation
• Continue building [Company]’s presence within the US market
Operational & Commercial Oversight
• Work closely with senior leadership on US growth strategy
• Ensure strong CRM usage and sales processes across the team
• Monitor team activity, lead management and deal performance
• Support overall commercial growth of the US division
