Serves as a single point of contact to aircraft owners, internal departments, technicians, and pilots on maintenance and 135 certificate-related matters. Ensures maintenance production schedules comply with company policies and procedures. Ensures that each owner and team experience is consistent with the EJM service standards and brand. This includes, but not limited to, account/aircraft onboarding, crew hiring, aircraft operation and billing. This position is assigned to a dedicated region/program and supports a variety of teams within the Fleet Maintenance office.
This positon will require residing within the West Coast region of the counrty as outlined by EJM (Washington, California, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon).
• Participates in the aircraft conformity process, which includes, but is not limited to, resolving discrepancies, overseeing budget/approval for maintenance activities, and building trust and confidence with the owners through frequent and timely communication.
• Monitors aircraft maintenance schedules to maximize availability and minimize cost to owners and EJM.
• Advises Fleet Maintenance office in the day-to-day tactical responsibilities of assigned tails, along with return to service/airworthiness release to service.
• Functions as the on-going maintenance contact for other EJM departments. This includes on-boarding coordination, maintenance status, aircraft budget, short and long-term planning.
• Manages direct reports and/or out-based maintenance technicians.
• Travel to and communicate with OEM & MRO maintenance providers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance visits while ensuring safety and controlling costs.
• Manage spare parts inventories, core returns, warranty claim/service plan coverages, etc.
• Ensure aircraft records are maintained per company standards and best industry practices.

• To the extent of the person’s responsibilities, have a full understanding of the following materials with respect to the Company’s operation: Aviation safety standards and safe operating practices
o 14CFR Chapter I (Federal Aviation Regulations)
o The Company’s Operations Specifications
o All appropriate maintenance and airworthiness requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations (such as 14CFR parts 1, 21, 23, 25, 43, 45, 47, 65, 91 and 135)
o The manual system required by 14CFR135.21
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with maintenance tracking system program
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet the changing needs and demands of the organization and operation.
